User Forum:
The i-Tree User Forum is a moderated discussion forum whose purpose is to allow users to solicit advice, get technical questions answered, communicate experiences and view frequently asked questions (FAQs). You can view the User Forum topics without registering, but posting to the Forum requires registration.
Bug Reporting & Tracking: 
The i-Tree Bug Reporting and Tracking System is a new support tool which will allow i-Tree users, cooperating partners and developers to report technical issues that affect the operational functionality of applications and utilities such as bugs and error messages.
Users must first register to enter issues on the Bug Tracker system. The status of issues will be updated by i-Tree support staff and the i-Tree Development Team as issues are resolved. Registered users will receive automatic status change notifications related to the issue which they submit or choose to monitor. Users who do not register can view existing issues only.
Users of the Bug Tracker system can track the progress of known issues and search the system for existing issues that are similar to problems that they may be having. The i-Tree User Forum is the best place to initially search and post an issue that may deal with problems related to data entry or data integrity.
The i-Tree Support team may also enter technical issues on the system which were originally reported by users via email, forum or phone.
